Promotions, Coupons and Credit Terms
Firmato promotions may include discounts, extended trials, Wallet credit or benefits attached to specific plans. Terms shown for the individual promotion supplement this document.
1. Eligibility and duration
Each promotion may be restricted by country, plan, customer type, date, usage count, channel or account. Unless stated otherwise, a code may be used once per account and is not retroactive.
2. Transparency
Before use, Firmato states the benefit value, duration where relevant, applicable plan, essential conditions and main exclusions. Consumer promotions do not manipulate reference prices and follow applicable rules on price-reduction announcements.
3. Combination
Coupons and benefits are not combinable unless expressly stated. Where multiple benefits are compatible, checkout displays the benefit actually applied before confirmation.
4. Promotional credit
Free credit is governed by the Wallet Terms and may be limited to certain services or have an expiry disclosed when granted. It is not redeemable for cash unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
5. Abuse and fraud
UESE may cancel benefits obtained through duplicate accounts, automation, misrepresentation, artificial chargebacks or other circumvention, while preserving sums actually paid and mandatory rights. Cancellation is auditable.
6. Refunds and withdrawal
On withdrawal or refund, a promotional benefit may be recalculated transparently. No provision reduces consumer remedies for non-conforming services or sums refundable by law.
7. Tax
Any benefit or award with tax consequences for the recipient remains subject to applicable tax law; the recipient is responsible for personal obligations not legally imposed on UESE.
8. Versioning, precedence and evidence retention
Firmato records the version made available and, where the application flow provides for acceptance, the corresponding acceptance evidence including date, account and technical audit information. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement or acceptance. Language and country are separate variables: language determines the linguistic version, while country determines the applicable national supplement.
