Firmato Wallet Terms
Firmato Wallet is an internal closed-loop credit ledger used solely to purchase Firmato services. It is not designed as a bank account or payment instrument for transfers to third parties.
1. Functional legal nature
The Wallet is not a current account, deposit, payment account, electronic money, crypto-asset or financial instrument. It provides no IBAN, interest, return, bank transfer or user-to-user transfer functionality. Credit may be used only for services supplied or intermediated within Firmato as displayed.
2. Top-ups
Top-ups are processed through enabled payment providers. Credit is posted after confirmation or according to fraud controls. Firmato may apply minimum/maximum amounts and reasonable checks. The displayed balance is the application accounting record subject to correction of manifest or documented errors.
3. Charges and holds
Before a usage service, Firmato may place a hold and charge the amount when the operation is started or completed according to the service. Where a technical failure occurs before delivery, held credit is released or reversed according to the audit record.
4. Promotional credit
Free bonuses, coupons and promotional credit may have different duration, eligible services and conditions from purchased credit. Such conditions are disclosed when granted and do not prejudice mandatory rights relating to sums paid.
5. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals
Refunds of purchased credit depend on applicable law, withdrawal rights and consumption. If a payment provider issues a chargeback, Firmato may suspend the corresponding credit or account as necessary to prevent a negative balance, subject to the Customer’s right to challenge an error.
6. No ordinary cash redemption or transfer
Except where legally required or a refund is due, Wallet credit is not transferable to other users and is not redeemable for cash on demand. Authorised refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
7. Transaction statement
Customers can review date, amount, reason, resulting balance and reference. Firmato maintains idempotent logs and audit controls to reduce duplicate credits or debits.
8. Risk suspension
UESE may temporarily block top-ups or spending for suspected abuse, disputed payment, fraud, breach or legal requirement, only to the extent necessary and with an audit record.
9. Versioning, precedence and evidence retention
Firmato records the version made available and, where the application flow provides for acceptance, the corresponding acceptance evidence including date, account and technical audit information. Material changes may require renewed acknowledgement or acceptance. Language and country are separate variables: language determines the linguistic version, while country determines the applicable national supplement.
